Clock Tower Restoration – Ashorne Hill, Warwickshire
SUMMER 2026
Four Walls Building Company is carrying out specialist heritage restoration works to the historic clock tower at Ashorne Hill in Warwickshire. The project involves the careful preservation of the existing timber structure alongside traditional roofing techniques, with intricate new leadwork formed to follow the distinctive curved profile of the tower.
Working sensitively with the original structure, the project reflects the specialist craftsmanship required when restoring historic buildings, combining traditional materials and techniques with careful attention to the building’s existing character and architectural detailing.
15th-Century Brewhouse Conversion - Leamington Hastings
SPRING 2026
This 15th-century brewhouse, once a ruined structure, is being sensitively restored and transformed into a characterful dwelling. The project involves traditional craftsmanship with contemporary building techniques, including the installation of beautiful reclaimed elm floors, rebuilt roof structures, stone and masonry works and timber repairs for a balance of historic preservation and modern living.
Victorian Villa Office Conversion - Leamington Spa
This stunning Victorian villa in Leamington Spa is currently being transformed from former bedsits into a bright, contemporary open-plan office space. Our team are carefully restoring the building’s original character while reconfiguring the internal layout to create a modern, flexible workspace. The project combines heritage work with design, retaining period features where possible while introducing clean lines, new structural elements, and high-quality finishes to bring the property up to modern commercial standards.
