15th-Century Brewhouse Conversion - Leamington Hastings
This heritage brewhouse, once a ruined structure, is being sensitively restored and transformed into a characterful dwelling. The project involves traditional craftsmanship with contemporary building techniques, including the installation of beautiful reclaimed elm floors, rebuilt roof structures, stone and masonry works and timber repairs for a balance of historic preservation and modern living.
Victorian Villa Office Conversion - Leamington Spa
This stunning Victorian villa in Leamington Spa is currently being transformed from former bedsits into a bright, contemporary open-plan office space. Our team are carefully restoring the building’s original character while reconfiguring the internal layout to create a modern, flexible workspace. The project combines heritage work with design, retaining period features where possible while introducing clean lines, new structural elements, and high-quality finishes to bring the property up to modern commercial standards.
